In this Brunch workshop, we will make dehydrated items that take longer than a regular oven to be ready, therefore, we will need 2 days in the kitchen for this.

In the first day we will prepare all the components that need to go in the dehydrator. In the second day, we will assemble all the dishes for serving. 

 

Equipment needed: DEHYDRATOR & non stick sheets, high speed blender (Vitamix or
Blendtec), food processor, nut mylk bag, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowls, offset spatula, strainer, glass container or mason jar

b. Veggie Crepes
c. Avocado Toast
d. Caramelized Onion Tart
e. Cultured Coconut Yogurt
f. Hibiscus Sangria
