In this Raw food transformation, I will guide you  for 21 days without depriving you from delicious foods or spending countless hours in the kitchen. We will eliminate inflammatory foods in order to allow your body to rid itself from toxins. We will add fresh, vibrant, whole foods, pre and probiotic rich ingredients  to make you feel vibrant. 

I am sharing with you easy and mouth watering recipes that helped me get started and keep me excited about eating well, while making me feel super energized!

You will also learn strategies to keep you inspired in the process. Becoming your own chef is easier than you think and you can still have plenty of time to do what you are best at and love.

21 Day Raw Transformation Challenge is an opportunity for you to elevate yourself through cleaning your diet.

You will get 21 days of raw, plant based, whole foods, unprocessed, organic, gluten free, refined sugar free meals made with intention and love. 

Every day you will receive one juice, one smoothie, one snack, lunch and dinner. 

In addition to receiving the meals ready to eat, you will also have access to a private Facebook group where you will receive information, motivation, accountability and be encouraged to share your experience with others that are going through the same journey.

Processed foods have permeated the food system and, sadly enough, taken over most food establishments and households. These food-like substances stress your liver and make it harder for your organ to metabolize fat, which can lead to weight gain. They also can be irritating, mucus-forming and inflammatory to the body. Some foods, like processed grains and dairy products act like glue in your tissues, others contain deadly chemicals. Weight gain is only one of the problems we are facing as a society. Diabetes, autoimmune diseases, leaky gut, alzheimer, depression and cancer are major conditions that are becoming more common. Being aware of the toxins around us can help us make better decisions when it comes to eating, using makeup and beauty products, cleaning products, etc. 

Eating a raw food plant based diet for 21 days will give your system a break from toxins, chemicals and mucus, and introduce nutrient dense foods to allow your body to start cleansing itself and remove toxins that have been accumulated over time. Detoxification is the heart of true healing. And here we will do that through an anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, live food diet. 

What one eats has a direct impact on their health and the idea here is to alkalize, regenerate, revitalize, and cleanse your body so that it has the ability to work optimally, to improve digestion, absorption, utilization and elimination.


A plant based raw diet consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seaweed and mushrooms that have not been heated above 118˚F. Raw living foods are full of nutrition and enzymes. Enzymes are living, biochemical factors that activate and carry out all the biological processes in the body, such as digestion, nerve impulses, the detoxification process, the function of RNA/DNA, repairing and healing the body, and even thinking; and the capacity of an organism to make enzymes is exhaustible. Therefore, enzyme preservation is a big component in health, and food enzymes are present in raw living foods. These enzymes will aid in digestion and result in less digestive enzymes being secreted by the body, which will preserve energy. Enzyme energy is linked to our vital force, and the higher our vital force, the better our health. 

Cooking foods destroys 100% of its enzymes, and a good percentage of its nutrients. Cooking alters protein into substances that disrupt cellular function and speed up the aging and disease process. It also slows down the way the body digests and eliminates these foods. Researcher Paul Kouchakoff, M.D., showed that every time we eat cooked foods, we get an increase of white blood cells in our blood stream, which over stimulates the immune system. Doing so three or four times a day by ingestion of cooked foods is definitely an ongoing stress on the body. 

Raw foods are also alkalizing. Alkalization is vital to tissue regeneration because it is anti-inflammatory. It allows for proper cellular respiration and for disbursement of nutrients throughout the body. Raw foods also stimulate production of the healthy bacterial flora and a healthy colon bacteria protects against candida overgrowth, the growth of numerous pathogenic bacteria, constipation, and colon, blood and tissue toxicity.


OPTION 1: get your food delivered to your door, relax and enjoy the cleanse while being supported on a private facebook group. The meals are delivered to your house on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the evening, labeled accordingly to the planned schedule.

OPTION 2: sign up for the online portion of the program and make your own food with our guided meal plan while also being supported on a private facebook group. You will receive a weekly e-book with the menu, recipes, grocery list and prep sheet.


A high speed blender and a food processor are necessary to ensure the best texture in the recipes. We will also be using a vegetable spiralizer (although nowadays you can find some vegetables already spiralized in the store), a mandolin and a dehydrator (if you’d like to test certain recipes in the oven, feel free to experiment, however our recipes are written for a dehydrator).
